The Deep Eddy Bathhouse was originally built in 1936 and was the first WPA project in Austin. The 2007 bathhouse renovation was designed by Limbacher & Godfrey, a company specialized in historic preservation, and built by The Escobedo Group. The project restored the building to its historic configuration while creating a modern, fully functioning bathhouse.
